About EAI Analytical Labs:

EAI Analytical Labs, formerly "Biological Services", was established in 1974.

We are a full service water-testing laboratory located in Keene, New Hampshire, performing the collection and analysis of drinking, waste and recreational (lakes, ponds, etc.) waters.

Under new management, with updated facilities, we are committed to providing total customer satisfaction through quality service and by establishing strong business relationships with all our clients.

We are accredited in New Hampshire and certified in Massachusetts and Vermont, adhering to stringent 2009 TNI Accreditation standards, to perform total coliform and E. coli analyses. In addition to performing bacterial testing, EAI Analytical Labs performs analyses on a broad range of other water quality indicators. We also perform accredited analyses for a variety of routine wastewater parameters.

EAI Analytical Labs’ client base includes numerous surrounding municipal water departments, more than sixty non-municipal public drinking water systems, municipal and paper-production wastewater facilities, realtors, home inspectors, residents with private wells, and government agencies responsible for monitoring public recreational waters, as well as private lake associations and residents devoted to developing and maintaining successful monitoring programs.


EAI Analytical Labs performs private well testing and commercial well testing, and analysis, for the following New Hampshire counties: Cheshire, Hillsboro, Merrimack, Sullivan, Rockingham, Strafford, Belknap, Grafton, Carroll, & Coos. Vermont counties: Addison, Bennington, Caledonia, Chittenden, Essex, Franklin, Grand Isle, Lamoille, Orange, Orleans, Rutland, Washington, Windham, & Windsor. Massachusetts counties of: Barnstable, Berkshire, Bristol, Dukes, Essex, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, Middlesex, Nantucket, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk, & Worcester.
